K8EW Water Filter

This is a filter for filtration of utility water used inside a factory such as industrial water, river water and well water. It can be used for capturing ion exchange resin during the rear stage of a water purification system and for extending the service life of the cartridge filter at the rear stage as a rough filtration of intake from the river. This filter has been successfully used for a hydroelectric plant. Further, evaluation and analysis of the energy consumption as well as the carbon dioxide emission have been conducted from the design, procurement and manufacturing stages.

Following a number of successful K8E models at Kanagawa Kiki Kogyo Co., Ltd., this filter performs backwashing with the use of a geared motor or manual handle.
